Missing entity for "Max Solar Power" throttling control?
@kellerza
The Deye web interface exposes a setting called "Max Solar Power" (or possibly "Grid Peak Shaving"? in some firmware versions) that allows throttling PV production dynamically. This is useful for managing excess solar generation based on grid conditions or battery state.
However, I cannot find this entity exposed in the Home Assistant integration.
Questions:
Context:
I'm running dual Deye 20K inverters and can see this setting in the Deye web UI, but I need to control it programmatically from Home Assistant for dynamic solar management.
If this needs to be added to the integration, I'd be happy to submit a PR if someone can point me to:
Thanks for this excellent integration! It's been incredibly useful for building sophisticated battery management automation.
