bug(mac): package info should scroll into view when package is expanded

Describe the bug

In the Keyman Configuration app, when a disclosure arrow (or the title of the package) is clicked, and the disclosure group expands to reveal the package information, the disclosure group should scroll into view. Otherwise, it may not be evident that the disclosure group opened at all.
