Before openxr, we had the ovr library. In OVR there was only the hand pointing transform , which was mapped to the pointing hand guesture but also the controllers. |

In native (Android) XR KNI, the grip pointer direction appears to be at about 40° raised (just a guess) relative to the regular operating system grip pointer direction.
The left-right direction isn't any different (ie. left-right direction seems to be correct or consistent or whatever you want to call that).
So when I go into my app, I have to rotate the grip downwards by about 40° to get a pointer that is pointing in the same direction as it was before going into the app.
I expect I'm just doing something wrong, but I did wonder if there could be a reason for this?
