Deprecation timeline for the Porch v1alpha1 API

• Thought is to set deprecation on v1alpha1 at the beginning of Q3 2026 and remove v1alpha1 at the beginning of Q2 2027, check with stakeholders @kispaljr

Move of Porch to kpt

• We have released version 1.5.9 of Porch
• We have updated the issues in Porch and kpt with sub-issues for the detailed tasks for the move
• Porch issue with subtasks

• We are also moving the ‘kpt-backstage-pugins’ repo to kpt, see this issue
• We will now raise a ticket with [LFN support](support@lfnetworking.org support@lfnetworking.org) to execute the move @liamfallon
