Maps file not importing

Hi, I'm sorry you are having issues with Trail Sense. I'm unable to reproduce the issue on my end, so there are a couple of possibilities:

1. The file could be incomplete or corrupt. Can you try seeing if you can import the world map (https://download.mapsforge.org/maps/v5/world/)? That's only 3MB. If that works, then try redownloading the Pakistan map file.
2. If the world map does not import, it may be Xiaomi file picker not working for images (only 1 user) #2930 (or https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/258270138) which is an upstream issue to me knowledge and not something I have been able to figure out. A reboot might help, but I'm not sure. You could also try disabling "Settings > Offline Maps > Copy maps to Trail Sense" and re-importing to see if that helps.

I will log an issue to improve that error message, and if neither of those work then I'll publish a new nightly build that you can try out to get an error message for me.
