chore(public): host the GreatSQL compatibility application files (#67)

* chore(public): host the GreatSQL compatibility application files

GreatSQL's mail server dropped the attachments twice and the reviewer
asked for a download link. The two PDFs sit under an unguessable path
and are not linked from any page.

* bump to v1.3.7
