ewftools UX enhancements

• ewfverify add the name of the image in the log_file and possibly the date and time
• tools make -x the default if -j # is provided, remove multi threaded buffered read/writes (useful for testing but little performance gain)
• look into UX of fallback behavior of -j per How do I debug performance of deflate in libewf (ewfacquirestream)? #178 (comment)

For the last few months I'm just using:

find . -iname *.E01 -print -exec ewfverify -q {} ; > ewfverify.out

To accomplish the goal, so I'm not impeded by this missing feature.
