Add OpenAPI/Swagger spec

In addition to the current document, swagger/OpenAPI spec will be nice - it makes the integration a lot simpler. For example - client code generation.

Hi Omer, I agree. We started adding these to new APIs, like the alerts api: https://github.com/logzio/public-api/tree/master/alerts#api-specification-in-swagger-format

We will add it in the future to the search API and the rest as well.

I will leave this open for now, as a reminder.
