Matching UEFI implementation of multi-signatures

UEFI chose a not spec defined implementation of authenticode
multi-signatures where each signature is its own WIN_CERTIFICATE
structure. This means that Windows tooling cannot validate the signature
of these "dual" signed binaries.

This changes allows UEFI implementations to create dual-signed binaries
but are not compatible with Windows tooling.
