Feature: Integrate nnUNetResEnc Trainer

Request to integrate the nnUNetResEnc trainer component within the Monet-Bundle repository for advanced segmentation tasks.

Requirements:

• Integrate the nnUNetResEnc training module in the Monet-Bundle pipeline
• Document the environment setup and dependencies required for execution
• Provide usage examples to run the trainer on sample datasets
• Validate successful training run with example data

Acceptance Criteria:

• nnUNetResEnc trainer module functions correctly in the pipeline
• All configuration steps are documented in the repository
