Reopen the scene, but CAN'T see the volume rendering in Scene or Game

Hi everyone,

1. I got a problem: Reopen the scene, but CAN'T see the volume rendering in Scene or Game, although the volume rendering still in the Hierarchy, but looks like I have to recreate a volume rendering gameObejct again by reloading the .nrrd file, And then can see it.

2. Also, after used volume rendering, when I saved the project after modifying the scene each time, costing lots of time for saving.
