[BUG] error installing rolling release 2.13.0

Describe the bug

during the install of rolling release 2.13.0 I encounter an error:

[INFO] Staging files to /home/eljejer/.mydotfiles/com.ml4w.dotfiles... cp: cannot create regular file '/home/eljejer/.mydotfiles/com.ml4w.dotfiles/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css': Permission denied [INFO] Successfully updated com.ml4w.dotfiles dotfiles in sandbox.

After completing the install the file gtk.css is present nevertheless in the directory as stated in the error message.

Now I am not sure if the right version of this file is present in my configuration.

Steps to reproduce

1. bash
2. bash <(curl -s https://ml4w.com/os/rolling)

Expected behavior

I don't know what the expected behavior should be

Only the symlink.

I removed the file and ran the installation once more

❯ rm /home/eljejer/.mydotfiles/com.ml4w.dotfiles/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css

❯ bash 

❯ bash <(curl -s https://ml4w.com/os/rolling

At the point where the error message appeared before, it does not so now

[INFO] Staging files to /home/eljejer/.mydotfiles/com.ml4w.dotfiles...
[INFO] Successfully updated com.ml4w.dotfiles dotfiles in sandbox.
[INFO] Starting symlink deployment...

And the gtk.css file is present in $HOME/.mydotfiles/com.ml4w.dotfiles/.config/gtk-4.0/

Mind you, not as a symlink anymore.

I closed this issue yesterday, but actually I don't know if you still want to look at at after you asked me to test it with the file in question deleted prior to re-install. Therefor I reopened.
