chore(spec): regenerate the artifacts the origin/main merge deferred

authorable-surface/ui.json and the reference docs were merged by the os-regen
driver without a text merge; regenerated from the merged tree so both sides'
entries are present (PageHeaderProps.breadcrumb [RETIRED] from main, the
object-grid and EmptyState rows from this branch).
