Opt in reports when an AI agent fixes something in Omarchy, software issue or an issue in the os.

I've noticed that a lot of people fix problems with their software or OS using AI agents, and then that's the end of it. The fix stays on their machine.

Many of these issues affect everyone, not just one person. It would be great if Omarchy could receive some context about what the AI agent fixed and how it did it, so the problem can be fixed properly for everyone.

Of course, this should be opt-in, and any identifiable or confidential information (usernames, hostnames, file paths, secrets) should be removed before anything is sent. Possibly the user should also get to review the report before it goes out.
