Add option to ADD / REMOVE keyboard layouts with a new TUI

Althou it is not so hard to add kbd layouts by editing config file, it would be nice if
a TUI existed for this too, which can be accessed via Omarchy menu or waybar icon
to add or remove any of kbd layouts.

PS: Omarchy rocks! :) Thanks for a great work!

I have tried adding this feature my self, but no luck... I've added a main menu entry, and I'v got notifications to work, but just can't get scripts for editing omarchy config file to work as expected... the steps:

1. Add Omarchy Menu entry in Setup entry: Add/Remove Keyboard Layouts
2. Upon selecting, show submenus: Add Layout, Remove Layout, Edit config file
3. If Add is selected, offer language, then variant to add (pull them all via system tools), then add selected to config file properly
4. If remove is selected, remove existing layout/variant from config file
5. If Edit config file is selected just opet it in default editor for user.
6. Check wether config file is correctly edited in each case of action
7. Write file to disk (Omarcy will automatically load it)

Someone willing to help? :)
