[Question] Official Android mobile app? #10571
|
Good Morning! 👋 I hope everyone is doing fantastic! I recently switched to Trilium from AppFlowy and I'm really enjoying it so far, well worth the switch. I'm currently self-hosting Trilium on my server for syncing across devices and it's been great on desktop. The one thing I'm missing is a proper offline-first mobile app. I can use the web for it and that works great, but due to spotty internet it's not ideal hahaha. An offline first app that syncs would be more ideal. I was wondering if there's any plans for an official mobile app on Android and if so, is there any estimation on when it might be released? Thanks for all the amazing work on Trilium, I'm genuinely loving it and I can't wait to see it grow even more! |

Unsure of official plans for an app, but check out nrivers list. There's some unofficial options there. I've been using Pocket Trilium and its pretty functional and smooth for how new it is, plus it works offline [EDIT] See @eliandoran's answer for the official app |
Mate you're an absolutely legend. This should hopefully get me by until an official app gets released (hopefully), thank you so much! |

Hi, You can also be a beta tester if you wish, and test the mobile app we are working on. It's built daily and the APK can be found here: https://github.com/TriliumNext/Trilium/releases/tag/nightly It is standalone, meaning that you can access all your notes offline (except notes bigger than around 20 MB) and it optionally syncs to a server. |
