Development Window : floating vs integrated

Hi,
is there an environment variable that could make the developer tools' window switch from floating to right-pinned mode ?
I noticed the change between 1.103.0 and 1.103.' nightlies and I'd like to have it pinned by default.

No environment variable, but you can change it right from the dev tools by pressing the vertical dots on the top-right:

It seems to persist across restarts.

Well, in my case it does not persist and it also adopts a strange behavior (see icon overlaps):

which makes it impossible to close the tools (using the mouse, of course) without closing Trilium

Hmm... probably a weird electron bug. Try checking if there is a keyboard shortcut for switching it.
