Table of Contents 'Settings' disappears after changing to 'Heading only' #12065
DescriptionMy Table of Contents Settings was initially displaying entries for 'Headings' and 'Colours'. Since the note I was viewing has a lot of highlighting colours, I thought the TOC would be simpler with them off. So, after clearing the 'Colours' selector, the Table of Contents only displayed entries for Headings - as expected. The problem is that now I can't find any 'Settings' icon to re-introduce 'Colors' as a listing option again -irrespective of the note I choose. There may have been another option as well as Colors, but I can't see any Settings now. This situation, no TOC Settings icon, is now the case in both the Desktop and Server instances, despite closing and re-opening the Desktop. Hi, Go to Options -> Text Notes -> Highlights list and check again the items you'd like to show, probably Colored text, By the sound of it you are using old layout (in Options -> Appearance), please be aware that the next version will remove this. In the new layout the panes are visible even if there are no highlights or table of content entries.
