Hi, I paid for a full year in November 2025, so my subscription should be valid until November 2026.

My instance is currently returning SSL errors and a 502 error. what I should u do now? please is there any official support page ?

Hi,

Trilium doesn't offer any official hosting (yet), you should most likely head to your third-party provider (PikaPods, or Trilium.cc) instead.
