SLZB-06M Zigbee2MQTT and Matter

I have an SLZB-06M in operation as Zigbee2MQTT!
It runs without any problems and was set up quickly.

Now I have bought another identical stick (SLZB-06M) which I would like to use for MATTER.
I have also configured it according to the instructions.
My problem is that I can't get the Open Thread Border Router (OTBR) add-on to work properly.

When I have the SLZB-06 in USB dongle mode I get the error messages.

Resource temporarily unavailable
Connection refused
In Ethernet connection mode

unable to start service otbr-agent: command exited 1
(although previously service starting otbr and also for about 1 min the SLZB-06M thread shows active)
Does anyone else have Zigbee2MQTT and Matter running in HA?
