Approval Trouble Multiple Times

Hi everyone,

Ive tried twice to verify my enrollment and have been denied both times almost immediately. One of the problems is that it asks for verification that I have downloaded, then only accepts the verification to be submitted by taking a photo. Is there no way to upload it? I think it is clear enough but still gets denied, and seems to quick to be done manually. It also says one of the reasons is for my location not being at the school, but I attend online only classes. Nevertheless, I selected the reason as "I do virtual only instruction" both times which didnt matter, and the second time I actually WAS at the location of my school anyways. I can upload documentation to this section if necessary. I also updated my previously anonymous name with my actual name and edu email address per advisement by the first denial and logged out and back in as well.
