Being approved doesn't mean the tools are automatically installed; you usually need to claim them manually. Here is a checklist to fix this:

Check your Plan: Go to Settings > Billing and plans. Ensure it says "GitHub Pro" under your current plan. If it does, you are verified.

Claim the Offers: The benefits don't appear by magic. You must go to https://education.github.com/pack/offers. You will see a list of tools (JetBrains, Azure, etc.). You have to click on the link for each specific tool to activate it.

Re-login: Sometimes the session gets stuck. Log out of GitHub and log back in (or try in Incognito mode) to refresh your permissions.

Wait: If you just got the email, it might take up to 24-72 hours for all benefits (especially Copilot) to propagate to your account.
