Verification failed: Student name matches billing and profile but still rejected

Hi everyone,

Description of the issue:
I am a first-year engineering student at [Osaka University]. I have been trying to get verified for the GitHub Global Campus, but my application keeps being rejected due to "name mismatch" or "academic affiliation document" issues.

I have already completed the following steps:

Updated my Public Profile Name to match my student ID exactly (including Japanese characters/alphabet).

Updated my Billing Information (First and Last Name) to match my student ID.

Logged out and logged back in before re-applying.

Used a clear, high-resolution photo of my student ID without glare.

Despite these efforts, the automated system continues to reject my application. Could a moderator please look into my case or provide guidance on how to proceed?
