GitHub Education Benefits Revoked After Prior Approval - Can't Reapply (Redirects to Pricing)

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my GitHub Student Developer Pack / Education benefits and hope someone can guide me.

Timeline:

• Previously approved for GitHub Education benefits.
• Benefits were pending activation.
• 5 days ago (around Feb 13, 2026), status changed to "Revoked" (no explanation provided).
• Tried reapplying start an application - immediately redirects to pricing page, no application form.

I've checked docs on verification (clear docs, school email, etc.), but can't proceed due to the redirect/block. No support ticket open yet, as I wanted community advice first.

What could cause this? How to reset/flag removal? Should I contact support directly?
