Stuck in 'Processing' loop - No application form shown

Hi everyone,

Hi! I'm trying to apply for the Student Developer Pack. When I go to the benefits page, it says: 'We're still processing your application.'

However, I never actually filled out any form or uploaded my student ID. I clicked the button in my settings, and it just got stuck. I have no active tickets in my dashboard. Can someone please reset my application status so I can see the proper form and upload my documents?
