Hi, I paid annually for Copilot Pro and then switched to Pro+ version by mistake (instead of increasing usage). After returning back to Pro, I pay a bill every month payment.
It's ridiculous. I've already paid 300 USD for 6 months!!! Instead of 100 + usage for 1 year....
I've asked to help me on support page month ago and there is no response from support team!
It should be recalculated after I changed the plan two months ago.
Please, help your customer!
