Hi @thanhtoan36, Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Copilot despite having a Pro license. This is a known issue that can occur due to credential sync errors or regional availability. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Go to: https://github.com/settings/copilot Confirm that it says "Copilot Pro is active". If you see a "Buy Copilot" banner instead, there might be a delay in payment processing.
VS Code: 1. Click on the Accounts icon (bottom left). IntelliJ/JetBrains: Go to Settings -> Languages & Frameworks -> GitHub Copilot. Log out and log back in.
Windows: Delete %AppData%\github-copilot macOS/Linux: Delete ~/.config/github-copilot After deleting, restart your editor and authenticate again.
Check if your organization has disabled Copilot features here: [Organization Settings > Copilot > Policies].
Still not working? Hope this helps! |

Hi, we appreciate you reaching out to report this issue. We have recently needed to pause GitHub Copilot Pro trial plans due to a significant rise in abuse of our free trial system, as announced on the GitHub Blog: Pausing new GitHub Copilot Pro trials. ⭐ We are aware that some users are having trouble cancelling the trial and we are working towards a solution. For more information and real-time updates, please subscribe to this discussion to receive notifications as we post additional details. |
