Hi everyone,

Hi!

I've been wrongfully shadow banned by support and they recently reverted my account back. But, for some reason, my student benefits (that were active before the ban) are not active anymore.

The current status says I'm awaiting benefits even though I was already enrolled and using the benefits before the ban (since December 2025).

I'm not able to start a new application because it says I'm already verified as a student so I'm kind of in a pickle...

I've already opened a ticket with support but no help was provided so far other than an automated message for me to check the offers page.

Can anyone provide come guidance or, if from Support Staff, check my account?
