Can not upload multiple photo/ documents for verification

Hi everyone,

Hello, I am from Bangladesh. I have applied for github education benifit program and was rejected.

• My rejection message is _"The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation."

• But in my id there is my university name.

And the message also said i can upload multiple file , I cant see any options to upload file from my computer. There is one option that is capture photo, and after clicking that my device camera gets opend and i can only capture a single document. In this situation what can I do? cause I have my university portal screenshot and my transcript as proof as weel as id card. In this situation what can I do? Please help.

Hi! There are two separate issues here — let me address both.

1. Uploading multiple documents
   The GitHub Education verification form does support multiple documents, but the interface can be confusing. Here's how to do it:

Instead of using the "Capture photo" button (which opens the camera for a single shot), try combining your documents into a single image or PDF before uploading. You can use a free tool like ilovepdf.com or simply take a photo of multiple documents laid side by side.
On mobile, you can also try opening the page in a desktop browser where a standard file picker is available, allowing you to select and upload files directly from your device.

2. Document not showing school name clearly
   Since your ID card has your university name but was rejected, GitHub's system likely couldn't read it clearly enough. Try the following:

Take a high-resolution, well-lit photo of your ID card making sure the university name is clearly readable.
Place your university portal screenshot (showing your name + university name) next to your ID card and photograph both together as one image.
If your documents are not in English, photograph the original next to a handwritten or printed English translation of the university name.
