What's blocking isolate from using lower version of PHP?

Hey @jhdcruz the version is clamped based on framework definition or composer minimum required php version. Given that most likely you had a pre laravel 10 project it was assuming the latest version. I've added definitions for laravel 6 and above; also I've added a fix for the case that there is no framework detected to use the composer php version for clamping;

I've released a preview version for lerd if you want to test or you can wait until tomorrow for the usual release;
