Weird UI Issues when attempting to resize the ComicRack Window

As noted in the docs, there are weird UI issues when attempting to resize the application window. This needs to be investigated and fixed (possibly by moving to a different VNC product?

So I think this is related to Winecfg doing desktop emulation. By changing the default to a larger resolution, I can move the various ComicRack windows further without visual artifacts.
