ShinyApp to simulate SEND data: still available?

Hi all,

I was wondering whether the tool to simulate SEND data is still available as a ShinyApp or a package?

The ShinyApp from the poster here is not available any more: could it be that is just moved? Or maybe I could use the code some other way?
