An option to easily install soar in `/usr/local/bin`

Problem

I would like to see an option for the install script to install soar in /usr/local/bin so one doesn't have to manually download the binary and copy it to there themselves

Expected behavior

It could use a flag of some sort or something

If you run the install script as superuser, it'll be installed at /usr/local/bin.
