fix: resolve clippy -D warnings across workspace

- azdo.rs: add doc comments to all public struct fields, enum variants,
  and associated functions (97 missing-doc errors)
- runner-server: remove duplicate imports from merge conflict, fix unused
  variables, fix field-assignment-outside-initializer lint
- parser: prefix unused functions, fix unused variable, use vec![] over
  push-after-creation
