Being able to switch the host to another player

This includes:

• The host being able to select another player to become host
  • Add confirmation (use modal?) to make sure this action was intended
  • This is without confirmation of the selected user
• Add communication to request host change to the server
  • Server should use regular host switching logic to clients of room
