Crouching in shallow water stops player

I believe it's an edge case related to the sinking ability that now allows you to sink down when holding shift whilst in water.,

Reproducible on the small river on conquest. If you slide into it, whilst holding shift key or walk whilst holding shift key, you will come to an immediate stop.
