Couldn't connect to server

Hi,
 
I have docker installed and working but I couldn't connect to server. How do I troubleshoot this? 

```
> stevedore::docker_available(verbose = TRUE)
Failed to create docker client with error message:
  Couldn't connect to server
[1] FALSE
```
