Migration from tsup with @import "tailwindcss";

I had a simple build command for my ui library which would copy the *.css into dist and correctly bundle the *.ts files.

bunx tsup src/**/* --dts --format esm --sourcemap

The css was left intact.

Ie. at the top of my globals.css was @import "tailwindcss";.

Now after migrating...

bunx tsdown src/**/* --dts --format esm --sourcemap

However tsdown seems to remove this line - does not seem to be any resolution, warnings or errors so presumably it thinks it is doing something.

My ui library is consumed by apps which have tailwind plugins so I want the css to be untouched at the library level.

How do I achieve the tsup behaviour with tsdown?

To workaround this I've just pointed my package "exports" to my src/globals.css but would be nice to know if I can get the previous behaviour to simplify the build step of bundling everything into dist/
