Is it possible to ad this information in logs ?
It is very important when used in a large company. We have a policy of only connecting to a user's computer after the user authorized it. In special situations, someone might need to connect using a password, and we need to be able to verify all such a cases.

Hmm, good question – this could be a cool feature. It could be useful in some cases, especially if I forget I saved the password for this computer. In that case, I'd suggest a window with an additional question: "You saved a password for this connection – do you want to use it or ask for user consent?" Of course, the user I'm connecting to shouldn't see the acceptance window until I choose it myself. If I choose a password, the message should be skipped, and if I choose to connect with the user's consent, it should be displayed.

Only for connection i have ever established before? I'm not sure I understand correctly. Does this mean that if I've never connected to this computer before (not even once), I can't use the "Connect with Message" option? No, it shouldn't be like that – I should always be able to use it. I don't need the "Just Chat" option – without a connection. As I wrote earlier – in my opinion, messages/chat should always be connected to the connection attempt to the computer. I understand that someone might want to have such a "full/separate from a specific connection" chat in Rustdesk, but in my opinion, it should be a configurable and disableable option.

Yes, you are correct. I totally understand your requirement now. And I think this feature is better than chat before connection (https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/discussions/7886).

Just wanted to bump this thread.

We have the same need for this approve mode logging info (Compliance, GDPR, etc).

Since this thread is about five months old now: Is this feature on the roadmap or already planned?
Any updates or workarounds would be nice.
