Retry when timeout

Hi, how would I implement a retry on timeout with Serrano? Is there a way to configure Faraday to use the retry plugin without a lot of boilerplate?

Thanks for the issue.

Retries aren't supported right now.

I know in ruby we can monkey patch, but I don't see a way to make that easy for a user given the current setup.

I could add the https://github.com/lostisland/faraday-retry middleware for retry support and add a param for retry settings, or possibly just number of retries
