Blocknotify not working yiimp

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. wallet isnt calling blocknotifty.
2. line in sbtc.conf"blocknotify=/usr/bin/blocknotify.sh 6234 2873 %s --password 123vBtXud74WOJ2OJk8nAZCTM0dnfkq2"
3. yiimp wont store blockfinders address if block notify isnt working which is key as i support solo mining.

What version of sbtc-core are you using?

List the version number/commit ID, and if it is an official binary, self compiled or a distribution package such as PPA.
SuperBitcoin:0.17.0.7 SelfCompiled also tested pre built

Machine specs:

• OS: ubuntu 16.04
• CPU: 4 cores
• RAM: 2Gb
• Disk size: 250 GB
• Disk Type (HD/SDD): SSD
