"streams" in Group

Section 3.1 suggests that "streams" can be defined for Group actors. I think "streams" is too ambiguous to use effectively, and it's probably a better practice to use top-level properties instead.

I'm not sure what use it would be to define a new property that has the same definition as the existing as:streams property. The way it would be used with groups is to list the streams it has. If there's any ambiguity there, we can clear it up instead of never using streams.
