Error loading mods

Installed a fresh copy of Factorio 1.1.110, launched, opened the Mods section and selected the Freight Forwarding Official Modpack. Pressed confirm. Upon relaunching, this notification pops up:

The mods Extended Descriptions, Plutionium Energy and Hovercrafts could not be loaded.

Thanks for the report. I’m not maintaining the 1.1 versions of my mods so I’d suggest just disabling Plutonium Energy. It was part of the ‘official modpack’ but it isn’t actually required for FF and you won’t really miss anything by removing it.
