Does self-hosted version store anything in the cloud?

I just set up a self-hosted version of AFFiNE thinking that all data would be stored on my server, which is a reasonable guess since your pricing page states "You control all data, and limits are bound by your own infrastructure.", but then why is there a mention of AFFiNE Cloud storage in my profile?

Does AFFiNE stores anything on the cloud or is it just a side-effect of sharing code between the Cloud and self-hosted versions (which seems to be what the Workspace Blobs Quota section of the docs implies)?
