Thanks for developing this package. I suppose it will do great help to my current projects.
I got package version conflicts when I tried to install Epiout in a virtual environment. As an alternative, I downloaded all the packages needed for Epiout irrespective of the conflicts. Then I performed a test run with the data in the directory "EpiOut/tests/data" using "epicount --bed atac_peaks_chr17.bed --alignments alignments.tsv --output_prefix Test --cores 2". I got errors as attached. Would you please give me any suggestions? Thanks.
