Add rich information to @Layout("path") annotation

• The IDE should red-underline invalid paths
• The IDE should allow navigating to the layout from the layout path
• The IDE should support autocomplete for filling out the path string
• The IDE should detect recursive cycles and highlight if they happen (e.g. A depends on B depends on A)
