NEW RELEASE 0.4.2 and NEW HOME vybestack/llxprt-code

New Release and New URL

On a long vacation, I realized that Gemini-CLI is going in a very different direction than LLxprt Code wants to go. First, I want to modularize and stabilize things. They want to extend integration across the Googlesphere and aren't making many enhancements to the overall core of Gemini CLI. LLxprt has already deeply refactored context handling and tool calls. So we're going to fully fork now.

We'll still cherrypick features from Gemini-CLI but we'll pursue our own versioning and also be more selective rather than match their release cycle. Multi-model, mulit-agentic architecture is very important to LLxprt. Various Google Cloud integrations and finding new and interesting ways to use the Gemini Flash model -- less important.

Key things we'll be after are integrations and improving things like Zed support. We'll maybe be less enthusiastic about some of their other science experiments. What brought this on was the instability the last cherrypicking cycle caused. It was also virtually impossible to merge the subagentic work into the main afterwards. And the actual benefits of what we cherrypicked were not super important. So I'd rather we pursue my and the community's goals!

In recognition of this and because I want the project to be more locatable, we now have a new repo location https://github.com/vybestack/llxprt-code/. Sadly the discussions apparently didn't port over...
