json

The json command is an opportunity to evaluate a jsonpath expression against the input assuming the input is json.

- json: $.metadata.name

The then commands will receive the values extracted by the path as input if the path matches.

- json: $.metadata.name
  then:
  - set-state: name

Otherwise the else commands will run with the initial input to json

- json: $.metadata.name
  else:
  - sh: setName.sh
