在 read-init 签名字段基础上增加 ts/rn/sg/rt

测试

python tests/weread_api_test.py read --book-id 3300008485 --chapter-uid 1 --reader-token <token>

返回数据

返回微信读书原始 JSON；chapter-content 会返回解密后的 html、style 和 format。

写入类接口默认 dry-run，加 --execute 才会真实提交。
