在 Memory（记忆库）页面，点击图谱中的“文档”类型节点，弹出的“文档查看/编辑”对话框会导致应用直接闪退。

复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

1. 打开 Operit 的 Memory（记忆库）页面。
2. 在图谱中点击“文档”类型的节点。
3. 等待弹出的“文档查看/编辑”对话框渲染。
4. 对话框弹出时，应用立刻闪退崩溃
